- Received "Award of Excellence for outstanding achievement in the field of hearing healthcare"
- Received "ReSound AmbassadAIR award for continuous excellence in providing hearing solutions"
- Received the "Starkey Hearing Alliance Gold Award"
- Third generation of a family of hearing health practitioners since 1946
- Grandfather started Woodard Hearing aid Centers in Des Moines, and later transitioned ownership to my father Paul who still operates the centers throughout Iowa.
- Involved in the hearing healthcare industry since 1979
- Prior to that worked with Starkey, and Siemens in the corporate climate of hearing aid manufacturing
- Started Sound Hearing Instruments in 1993
- Advisor to the Health Occupations Program of the Minnesota Department of Health since 1996
- Donates time and travel reconditioning old hearing aids for the poverty stricken people of Peru.
- Dedicated to returning revenue back to the community through charities, and people in need.
- Enjoys running marathons, hiking, mountain climbing and reading.

- 12 years experience in Administrative Assistance positions
- Involved in Mission trips to Guatemala serving the Mayan people
- Enjoys walking, gardening, and reading
- Married with 3 grown sons
